The Niners rolled into SoFi and put a preseason beatdown on the Chargers, 41-17, and it was never really close. Jacob Cowing flipped the whole thing early with an 83-yard punt return house call, and from there San Francisco just kept piling on with four straight scores to blow it open.
Adrian Martinez was the difference off the bench, running one in and throwing a touchdown to Jordan Watkins to make it 41-9. LA's only real points came in garbage time when Jerand Bradley hauled in a 28-yarder from Uiagalelei long after the outcome was decided.
