Pittsburgh scratched across a single tally and then let the arms do the rest, squeezing the Angels for nine full innings without ever letting the heart of their order breathe.
The bullpen slammed the door late to preserve the 1-0 shutout, and Los Angeles just couldn't string anything together against stuff they couldn't touch. Not a lot of fireworks, but when you win these tight ones you take the W and go home happy.
