Missouri never gave Arkansas-Pine Bluff a chance to hang around, jumping out to a 40-0 lead before the visitors ever found the end zone. Austin Simmons was surgical, going 17-of-19 for 252 yards and four touchdowns while barely breaking a sweat, and Donovan Olugbode was his favorite target with 116 yards and a pair of scores.
By the time UAPB scratched across a couple of touchdowns, the starters were long gone and it was garbage time. Tune-up game, mission accomplished, 54-14 final.
