The recap
Rangers took care of business at home, knocking off the Astros 7-3 in a Lone Star showdown at Globe Life. Texas got the bats going early and never gave the lead back, tacking on runs while the bullpen slammed the door to keep Houston's heart of the order quiet.
The Astros just couldn't string enough together and drop to 46-50, while the Rangers climb back toward .500 at 48-46. A nice division win for Texas that keeps them right in the thick of things.
