Milwaukee walked into Busch and turned a getaway day into a laugher, hanging 10 on the Cardinals and cruising to a 10-2 win. The bats did the heavy lifting up and down the order, and once the lead got out of hand St.
Louis had nothing in the pen to slow it down. This one was over early — the Brewers just kept tacking on and never let the Cards breathe.
At 58-33, Milwaukee looks like the class of the division, while St. Louis limps back to .500 territory.
