Cardinals rolled into Target Field and put up a 9-6 number on the Twins, and it wasn't really as close as the score makes it look. St.
Louis bats kept chipping, kept turning the lineup over, and Minnesota's pen just couldn't get the third out when it mattered. Twins manager went to the bullpen a hair too early and the Cardinals made him pay, stacking runs in the middle innings.
Cards are 38-30 and look like a team that's figured something out; Twins drop to 32-40 and the vibes up in Minnesota are not great.
