Vancouver put on an absolute clinic at BC Place, hammering Dallas 5-0 to keep their grip near the top of the West. It was one-way traffic all night, with Takaoka barely bothered between the sticks for the clean sheet while the Whitecaps carved Dallas open at will.
Jonathan Sirois had five saves in the Dallas goal and it still finished nil at the other end, which tells you how much busier it could've been. A genuine paddling, and Vancouver look every bit the contenders right now.
