Final was 12-9, and when you're trading haymakers like that it usually means somebody's bullpen sprung a leak — Milwaukee's pen got into trouble and never really slammed the door.
San Francisco's been buried in the standings at 25-38, so stealing a slugfest on the road against a 37-23 team is the kind of getaway-day win that keeps a clubhouse loose. Brewers fans will grumble that the manager went to the pen too early, but honestly the bats just kept coming.
