The recap
Tigers took this one 6-4 over Cleveland at Comerica, and it was Detroit answering right back every time the Guardians tried to climb into it. The bats did enough damage against Cleveland's staff to build a cushion, and the bullpen slammed the door late to lock down the two-run edge.
Cleveland made it interesting but couldn't get the big hit with the heart of the order due up. Detroit nudges back to within a game of .500 at 59-60 and sends the Guards home on the wrong end of it.
