This one went the distance and then some, with the Dodgers walking it off 8-7 in the eleventh to bury the Rockies on a getaway day. Colorado hung around all night and even had the lead late, but the bullpen let it slip and gave LA one more crack in extras.
The heart of the order finally came through in the clutch, and a Rockies club that's now 37-55 just doesn't have the arms to survive an eleven-inning slog on the road. Dodgers move to 60-32 and keep rolling.
