Giants took care of business at Oracle and made it look easy, rolling to an 8-2 win over the Rockies. San Francisco's bats did the heavy lifting, stacking runs and never letting Colorado hang around after the early innings.
The Rockies scratched out a couple but couldn't string anything together against the heart of the order. Nice getaway-day cushion for the Giants, who needed a comfortable one to stop the bleeding on a rough stretch.
