Seattle StormvsDallas Wings
SEA 70/DAL 92
Things to say
Dallas Wings beat the Seattle Storm 92-70 at home.
01
opener
Wings handled Seattle, 92-70. Never really close after the half. Dallas just had way more buckets.
02
key player
Paige Bueckers dropped 32 and made it look easy. Kid's a problem, she gets to her spots whenever she wants.
03
hot take
Seattle at 7-31 is rough, man. That's not a slump, that's a rebuild.
04
deep cut
Flau'jae Johnson had 23 for Seattle and basically no help. Their next guy barely showed up.
05
exit
Anyway, Dallas is rolling. Curious to see if Bueckers keeps this up down the stretch.
The recap
Dallas handled business at home, running Seattle off the floor 92-70 in a game that was never really close. Paige Bueckers put on an absolute clinic, dropping 32 and just carving the Storm up all night.
Flau'jae Johnson kept it from being a total blowout with 23 for Seattle, but she didn't have any help, and a team sitting at 7-31 has zero answers on a night like this. Jessica Shepard cleaned the glass for 11 boards, Arike ran the show with 6 dimes, and the Wings ate them up from start to finish.
