Portland took care of business at home, running Toronto off the floor 97-83 in a matchup of teams scrapping at the bottom of the standings. Carla Leite ran the whole show, dropping 27 and dishing 11 dimes for a double-double while orchestrating everything the Fire wanted.
Bridget Carleton crashed the glass for 11 boards to give Portland a real edge on the interior. Toronto got 17 from Nyara Sabally and 12 assists off Julie Allemand's playmaking, but nobody else showed up to help and they took the L on the road.
