The recap
Dodgers rolled into Rate Field and put a 7-1 beating on the White Sox, and honestly it never felt close. LA jumped on the Chicago starter early and just kept tacking on, while their own guy got into his stuff and cruised — the South Side bats couldn't string anything together against him.
The turning point was basically the first time through the order; once the Dodgers were up multiple runs the manager went to the pen too early and the bullpen couldn't slow the bleeding. LA's now 45-26 and looking like the team everyone said they'd be, while the White Sox drop back under .500-comfortable at 37-32.
