Golden State grinded out a 78-75 nail-biter at home over Atlanta in a defensive rock fight where buckets were hard to come by. Jordin Canada went off for 23 and basically carried the Dream by herself, but nobody else could find the bottom of the net to back her up.
The Valkyries spread it around instead — Gabby Williams led with 16 and four other hands chipped in just enough to keep their noses in front. Angel Reese ate up the glass with 12 boards, but Atlanta took the L because they couldn't get over the hump down the stretch.
