The recap
Marlins rolled into Nationals Park and took it 7-3, and it wasn't really close after the middle innings. Miami's bats got into Washington's starter early, chased him before he could give the bullpen a breather, and once the heart of the order got going the Nats were chasing the whole night.
Washington's pen couldn't stop the bleeding, and a couple balls left the yard to put it out of reach. Marlins climb to 28-34, Nats drop back to .500 at 31-31.
