The Canadian derby at Stade Saputo ended goalless, and honestly nobody laid a glove on the scoreboard all night. Montreal did most of the pushing with Hennadii Synchuk firing off six shots, but they couldn't find the net when it mattered.
Toronto leaned on Walker Zimmerman, who was everywhere at the back with 17 defensive interventions, and Luka Gavran mopped up whatever got through for a clean sheet. Two clubs scrapping near the bottom split the points in a scrappy nil-nil that neither side will remember fondly.
