Yanks took this one in extras, 7-5 over Cleveland at Progressive Field. Game was knotted up through nine before the heart of the order finally got into something in the tenth and put a couple across to flip it.
Guardians' pen couldn't slam the door when it mattered, and New York's bats made them pay. Pinstripes roll into 39-26, Cleveland drops to 37-31 and has to be kicking themselves over letting that one slip at home.
